Asia Travel International was established
in 1992 as an incoming Tour Operator for Uzbekistan and other Central
Asian states with its office in Samarkand.
We were among first private companies in Uzbekistan to start the
incoming tourism all anew under conditions of the dramatic 75% drop
in foreign travel to the region caused by the collapse of the USSR.
Within only in few years we established a reputation for the quality
and competitiveness of our service. We are providing ground-handling
services for groups and F.I.T. We organize cultural trips visiting
major tourist attractions in the republic of Uzbekistan, as well
as special interest programs, providing tailor-made package tours
for art-lovers, architects, archaeologists, ornithologists, anthropologists;
camel riding, hiking, etc. for adventurous tourists.
We operate dozens of different itineraries for 17 tour Operators
of Europe, USA, Australia. High volumes of operations as the stability
of the Company allow us to keep competitive rates for the service.
At present we operate from our office in Samarkand. Recent developments
in the infrastructure of the company are destined to provide our
Valuable Customers with even higher quality service than before.
As the market is expanding, new members have joined the company
over the passed year. This shall help us to perform even better,
though we understand that it should take up to two years of training
before they could be listed as fully responsible and functional.
